Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Mattel Creations apparel and accessories, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited-edition drops and customized items are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the eligible fashion items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original condition with all tags attached inside the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned garments, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
